Walk-in studio
Terms
Sleeve Flex inks a photo you upload. Sittings are credits on your account. Solo house flash costs one sitting.
Crew costs three sittings on a Walk-in or free ticket, and one sitting on Sleeve, Shop, and Pro. Your Design costs three sittings on a free ticket or Walk-in, two on Sleeve, and one on Shop and Pro. Two free sittings are not enough for Crew, Your Design, a sharper picture, or an orbit.
Sharper 2K is a larger picture, about twice the detail of a normal one. It is included on Pro. Sleeve costs three extra sittings. A free ticket, Walk-in, and Shop cost two extra sittings, on top of the sitting you are already using.
A 360° orbit is a short video of the camera walking around the finished picture. It is on Sleeve, Shop, and Pro, not on a free ticket or Walk-in. It costs 8 sittings. If the clip fails to start or finish, those sittings are put back. The till can run an orbit while testing.
Walk-in is a one-off payment. Those sittings do not expire. Sleeve, Shop, and Pro are subscriptions billed by Stripe, monthly or yearly. Yearly is 20% off the monthly price and puts a full year of sittings on the ticket at once. Each paid period adds that pack's sittings.
Cancel anytime from Buy sittings. You keep the rest of the paid month or year. Sittings still on the ticket stay usable for 90 days after the plan actually ends. Then the count returns to zero, unless you buy a Walk-in pack before that. A Walk-in purchase keeps the sittings you have and adds the pack. It does not restart the plan.
Walk-in and Sleeve are personal use only: your own photos, not client work you charge for. Shop and Pro include a commercial licence.
Commercial licence (Shop and Pro, while the plan is paid): you may use the pictures Sleeve Flex makes for you in your tattoo business. That includes showing a client, posting them, printing a stencil, and charging for the tattoo. The licence is non-exclusive. It is not a sale of the software, and it is not a promise that you own anyone else's photo or flash. You still need permission for every photo and design you upload. We do not indemnify you if a third party claims the upload. When the plan ends, new commercial use of Shop or Pro features stops. Pictures you already made while the plan was paid stay licensed for that commercial use.
Stripe handles the card and the recurring charge. We never see your full card number. Prices are in US dollars.
Results depend on the photo and the ink engine. A sitting is spent when the chair finishes a picture. A failed sit is put back on your ticket. We don't refund Imagine time already used.
You must own or have permission to use the photo and any flash you upload. Don't upload anyone who didn't agree to sit. Finished sittings stay in your gallery, with the photo you used, until you delete them. You can put a finished picture on the public flash rack. That shows the result only, not your name and not the original photo. Take it off the rack any time. Face ink is one small zone: left side, right side, neck, forehead, or chin. The eyes and lips stay clear. A new flash on a photo already sat costs one sitting. A second flash in the same sitting costs one extra sitting. A stencil is a line drawing of the finished picture and costs one sitting. Print shop pack is a PDF of the sittings you have marked favourite. On a free ticket or Walk-in it costs one sitting and carries a small Sleeve Flex mark. On Sleeve, Shop, and Pro the pack is included and the file is clean.
Free starter sittings are a courtesy and can change. The till owner may close the shop or change packs.
GDPR
If you are in the UK or EEA, UK GDPR and EU GDPR apply. Sleeve Flex is the controller for shop accounts, tickets, and messages. Contact for data requests: use Contact us, or email sleeveflex@gmail.com.
We process: sign-in email and name, sitting counts, purchases and subscription status, photos and flash you upload to ink, contact form notes, and basic device or IP signals used to limit free tickets. Legal bases are the contract to run your sitting, and legitimate interests to keep the shop fair and paid.
Stripe processes payments. The ink engine processes your photo to return a picture. Those processors only get what they need to do that job. We do not sell your data.
Photos are used to make your result. We do not use them for ads. Purchase and ticket records are kept while the shop needs them for the account and for tax or fraud. You can ask us to erase what we hold, subject to those needs.
You can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict, or port your data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can complain to the ICO (UK) or your local supervisory authority. Paying and signing in are optional; without them you cannot sit.
Questions, complaints, or bugs: use Contact us. This is a simple shop terms and privacy page, not legal advice.
